复印机卡纸故障的预防与快除

复印机在工作中，卡纸是最常见的故障。频繁卡纸会对复印机造成很大危害。除与复印纸本身有关外，更应对复印机本身采取有效措施予以防止。

一、 进纸部位卡纸

1. 搓纸轮问题：

• 原因： 搓纸轮表面污染或老化，导致与纸面摩擦力减小。

• 措施： 经常用干净湿布清洁搓纸轮；若老化则及时更换。

2. 暂停开关失灵：

• 现象： 纸张前沿卡在第二搓纸轮（定位轮）。

• 原因： 位于定位轮前边的暂停开关动作失灵。

• 措施： 如该位置卡纸频繁，需重新调整或更换暂停开关。

3. 进纸离合器故障：

• 原因： 进纸离合器的弹簧变形、生锈或磨损。

• 结果： 导致搓纸轮不能正常工作，引起不进纸或进纸时间过长造成卡纸。

二、 分离部位卡纸

复印机分离装置负责将纸顺利从感光鼓上分离下来。分离部位卡纸是常见故障，需考虑以下方面：

1. 分离电极漏电：

• 原因： 漏电导致分离电流减小，分离效果减弱。

• 措施： 经常清洁分离电极，尤其清洁电极丝与电极座的接触面；及时更换氧化污染的电极丝。

2. 分离电极座击穿：

• 原因： 电极座被击穿，分离电流大幅下降。

• 结果： 造成分离部位频繁卡纸。

• 措施： 必须更换新的分离电极座。

3. 分离辅助荧光灯损坏：

• 作用： 显影器与转印电极间的荧光灯对感光鼓表面进行弱曝光，减弱转印时感光鼓对纸的吸附力，改善分离效果。

• 影响： 该灯损坏会显著降低分离效果。

• 注意： 应重视此灯的维护和更换。

三、 定影器部位卡纸

定影器是复印机输送系统的最后环节，此部位卡纸会造成较大浪费。常见原因如下：

1. 定影辊污染：

• 原因： 上下定影辊长期被墨粉污染。

• 措施： 定影器自带清洁装置需及时清洁；定期清洁整个定影器是防止卡纸的关键。

2. 分离爪故障：

• 高温导致分离爪尖端变形（接触定影辊）。

• 墨粉污染导致分离爪与定影辊接触不良。

• 原因：

• 结果： 分离作用降低，造成卡纸。

• 措施： 经常清洁定影器；及时更换严重变形的分离爪（既可保护定影辊，又可防卡纸）。

3. 纸盒设置错误：

• 原因： 送纸盒工作状态与所用复印纸规格不匹配。

• 结果： 导致定影器卡纸。

四、 卡纸探测器失灵造成卡纸

卡纸探测器用于检测纸路卡纸并指示位置。

1. 问题： 探测器不灵敏，纸张通过后探测器不能复位，导致“假卡纸”（纸张正常停留在纸路上，无堆挤、卷绕、挤压）。

2. 检测与处理：

• 机械探测器： 用手指拨动探测杆，应能听到“咔、咔”声响，说明灵敏。

• 光电开关（光电探测器）： 检查开关挡板能否自动复位，说明灵敏。

• 清洁： 注意清洁被污染的光电开关探测器。

• 更换： 若光电开关老化，则需更换。

I. Paper Feed Area Jams

1. Paper Feed Roller Issues

• Cause: Surface contamination or aging reduces friction between rollers and paper.

• Solution: Regularly wipe rollers with a clean damp cloth; replace if worn.

2. Pause Switch Malfunction

• Symptom: Paper leading edge stuck at secondary feed roller (registration roller).

• Cause: Faulty pause switch preceding registration roller.

• Solution: Adjust switch position or replace if jams persist.

3. Paper Feed Clutch Failure

• Cause: Deformed, rusted, or worn clutch springs.

• Result: Prevents proper roller operation, causing misfeeds or delayed feeding.

II. Separation Area Jams
The separation unit detaches paper from the drum. Common issues include:

1. Separation Electrode Leakage

• Cause: Reduced separation current weakens paper detachment.

• Solution: Clean electrode wires and contact points regularly; replace oxidized wires.

2. Separation Electrode Holder Breakdown

• Cause: Holder damage severely reduces separation current.

• Result: Chronic separation-area jams.

• Solution: Replace electrode holder immediately.

3. Separation Fluorescent Lamp Failure

• Function: Weak exposure reduces drum-paper adhesion during transfer.

• Impact: Significantly compromises separation efficiency.

• Note: Prioritize lamp maintenance and replacement.

III. Fuser Unit Jams
As the final transport stage, fuser jams cause high waste. Key causes:

1. Fuser Roller Contamination

• Cause: Long-term toner buildup on rollers.

• Solution: Clean built-in wipers regularly; perform full fuser cleaning.

2. Separation Claw Defects

• Heat-induced claw tip deformation (contacting roller)

• Toner contamination impairing claw-roller contact

• Causes:

• Result: Poor paper separation causing jams.

• Solution: Clean fuser routinely; replace deformed claws promptly.

3. Paper Tray Mismatch

• Cause: Incompatible paper size settings.

• Result: Fuser jams.

IV. False Jams from Faulty Detectors
Paper jam sensors monitor paper path integrity. Malfunctions cause "false jams" (paper stationary without buckling).

• Troubleshooting:

1. Mechanical Sensors: Flick sensor lever – audible "click" indicates proper function.

2. Photoelectric Sensors: Verify automatic baffle reset.

• Maintenance:

• Clean contaminated optical sensors

• Replace aged photoelectric switches
