1 检查原稿质量
首先确认原稿清晰度：发黄、透明或铅笔书写的原稿易导致复印件出现花斑、色浅等问题。

2 检查复印设备
2.1 清洁盖板与玻璃
若复印板盖或玻璃有污渍或积尘，需立即清洁；若已磨损，则需更换。
2.2 检查电晕机构

• 确认电晕机构无积尘且安装正确；

• 检查电晕线是否损坏或锈蚀。
  2.3 清洁导板组件
  用湿布擦拭转引导板和进给导板上的灰尘。
  2.4 检查定影组件
  定影组件积尘会直接影响复印质量，需定期清理。
